How to order on TradeMongo

A short guide for first-time buyers.

1. Search or post an RFQ

Use the search bar to find products, or post a Request For Quotation describing what you need. Suppliers reply with structured quotes you can compare.

2. Compare quotes and message suppliers

Every RFQ response includes price, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms. Message the supplier directly through the platform to clarify specifications, request samples, or negotiate.

3. Confirm the order and pay

Confirm the winning quote and pay through Trade Mongo. Payment is held in escrow until you approve delivery — that's what our Trade Assurance program guarantees.

4. Receive and inspect

Track the shipment through the order page. Once you inspect and approve the goods, we release payment to the supplier.
