What to report
- Fake or misrepresented products.
- Suspected fraud, phishing, or off-platform payment requests.
- Intellectual property infringement.
- Harassment or abusive language in messages.
How to report
- In-product: use the "Report" button on any product, company profile, or message thread.
- Email: [email protected] — include URLs, screenshots, and a short description.
- Grievance officer: for statutory notices, [email protected].
We acknowledge every report within 48 hours and take action within 7 working days.
