Shipping guide
Last updated 12 August 2026
Shipping terms are agreed between the buyer and the supplier as part of the RFQ. Trade Mongo does not itself operate a shipping network — we integrate with logistics partners.
Common incoterms on Trade Mongo
- EXW (Ex Works) — buyer arranges pickup at supplier's location.
- FOB (Free On Board) — supplier delivers to the origin port; buyer takes over from there.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — supplier delivers to the destination port, insured.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — supplier delivers to the buyer's door, duties included.
Tracking
Every order has a shipment tab where the supplier uploads the AWB / BL and the buyer can see the current status.
